Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine | Neurology - Interventional Location: Potsdam, NY Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Days - 5 days Start Date: ASAP About the Position Description: An opportunity is available for an Interventional Pain / Neurology Physician to provide coverage in an ambulatory clinic setting. The role involves managing ambulatory patients and performing various interventional pain procedures. The physician will work with an onsite team that includes a secretary and LPN during clinic days and may provide coverage in both the ambulatory clinic and OR space as required. Job Responsibilities: Evaluate and manage ambulatory patients with pain-related conditions Perform interventional pain procedures, including: Epidural steroid injections (cervical, thoracic, lumbar) Medial branch blocks (cervical, thoracic, lumbar) Radiofrequency ablation (cervical, thoracic, lumbar) Nerve blocks (various body parts) Trigger point injections Sacroiliac joint injections Spinal cord stimulator trials Genicular nerve blocks and RFA Intercostal nerve blocks Piriformis injections Provide office call coverage after hours and weekends as needed Float between the ambulatory clinic and designated OR space when required Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Day Shift) Office call only after hours and weekends Skills: Interventional pain management procedures Ambulatory patient care Clinical assessment and treatment planning EMR documentation using Epic Team collaboration in clinic and OR settings Requirements Fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine (ACGME accreditation not required) Board Eligible or Board Certified Minimum 1–2 years of experience post fellowship Active New York State medical license in hand BLS certification required Epic experience required Updated work history with no employment gaps of 30 days
