Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room Level IV for a travel nursing job in Rochester, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/13/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n RN - Circulator OR /n/n Job Details: /n • Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM /n• Focus on cardiac operating room procedures /n• Independently scrub and circulate complex adult cardiac cases /n• Handle CABGs, structural heart cases (Bentall), minimally invasive procedures (Mini Aortic Valve Replacement), and heart failure cases (Impella) /n• Care for patients undergoing TAVIs, VAD procedures, ECMO, artificial heart implantation, and heart transplants /n• Use multidisciplinary approach to care for patients of all ages /n• Two years of experience required /n• Operating room experience in a level 1 trauma center preferred /n• Must be able to circulate operating room procedures /n• Transplant and TAVI/TAVR experience preferred but not required /n• New York RN license required /n• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association only) /n/n Facility: /n This major academic medical center operates a comprehensive adult cardiac operating room that provides advanced cardiovascular surgical services.
