Providing specialized care to vulnerable newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit requires skill, compassion, and dedication. This opening offers an opportunity for a registered nurse with NICU experience to apply expertise in a supportive environment focused on exceptional neonatal care. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill neonates in the NICU setting. - Utilize EPIC charting to maintain accurate and timely patient records. - Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. - Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and respond to emergencies promptly. - Educate and support families through their neonatal care journey. Qualifications and Desired Experience: - Active, clear RN license. - Current BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications. - Minimum of 2 years experience as a NICU RN. - Proficient in EPIC electronic charting system. - Ability to wear any color scrubs according to dress code policy. Schedule and Contract Details: - Contract position with a duration of 16 weeks. - 36 hours per week.
