PrecautionsPatient Diagnoses: cardiac disease, stroke, infection,
pain, PEDay/Eve ratios are 5 to 1 (stretch 6-7). Night ratios are
expected to be 6-7 to 1 (stretch 8 -10 if staff calls in)-We have
PCT s on all units that do vital signs, blood glucose checks, EKG s
and any sort of activity of daily living-We have an in-house
phlebotomy team that does all peripheral lab draws nursing is
responsible for PICC lines and central linesSpecial Equipment:
