Job Description Location: Syracuse, NY Syracuse offers a vibrant

member of Trinity Health system providing exceptional inpatient
care with a community-focused approach. The hospital features
modern infrastructure, utilizes Epic EMR, and maintains a
collaborative environment between administrative and clinical teams
focused on quality patient care. Opportunity: Medical Director of
Hospital Medicine Job Details: • Lead and manage the Hospital
Medicine team in a full-time day shift leadership role • Provide
oversight and guidance to inpatient care delivery and performance
metrics • Collaborate closely with administrative and clinical
teams to implement best practices • Maintain and enhance quality,
safety, and efficiency of hospitalist services • Ensure compliance
with regulatory standards and hospital protocols • Support
recruitment, retention, and training efforts within the department
• Use Epic EMR for documentation and workflow • Work approximately
40-50 hours per week, Monday through Friday • No weekends and no
on-call responsibilities • Position requires Board Certification or
eligibility within 2 years in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Must have at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in
acute care • NY Medical License or willingness to obtain required •
Clean malpractice and license history required • Experience is
REQUIRED - will not accept fresh graduates • Not accepting Locums
or Visa candidates Compensation: • Competitive annual salary of
$325,000-$350,000 (based on experience) • $25,000 Sign-On Bonus •
