Profession: Physician Specialty: Hospital Medicine Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40–50 hrs/week (Day Shift) On Call: None Weekends: None Type: Permanent About the Role Are you an experienced physician leader ready to guide a dynamic Hospital Medicine team? This role offers the opportunity to oversee inpatient care, implement best practices, and enhance quality and efficiency in a respected community-focused hospital system. Responsibilities ? Lead and manage the hospital medicine team ? Oversee inpatient care delivery and performance metrics ? Collaborate with administrative and clinical teams to implement best practices ? Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital protocols ? Support recruitment, retention, and staff training efforts ? Use Epic EMR for clinical documentation and workflow ?
