Date: ASAP About the Position Position Overview A full-time
Nocturnist Hospitalist opportunity is available in Syracuse, New
York for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or
Family Medicine physician. Join a well-established, physician-led
hospitalist team providing high-quality, mission-driven inpatient
care with strong subspecialty support. This is a dedicated
overnight position with a predictable 7-on/7-off schedule. Schedule
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Rotation: 7-on / 7-off Shift Length: 12
hours Closed ICU model overnight Clinical Responsibilities Provide
overnight inpatient coverage Perform admissions and manage
hospitalized patients Conduct comprehensive history & physical
exams Provide closed ICU rounding on hospitalist patients Monitor
and respond to changes in patient condition Collaborate with
subspecialists and multidisciplinary teams Coordinate discharge
planning and follow-up care Document all encounters in EPIC EMR
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care Team & Environment
Collegial and respected hospitalist team Strong specialty backup

environment Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $320,320 per year
Productivity & Quality Bonus Incentives $15,000 Starting Bonus

Requirements Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 2
years) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine – Required New York
Medical License (or willing to obtain) – Required Clean malpractice
and license history – Required NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days of
presentation) – Required Prior Hospitalist experience required
(will not accept new graduates) Not accepting Locums candidates.
