Job Description Gynecology Opportunity – Oswego County, NYOverviewLocated in Oswego, NY; Syracuse 35m; Rochester 70mFull-time gynecology opening anticipated for Fall 2026Launching with one physician due to identified community needSeeking a physician with 2 years of experience who is comfortable supervising advanced practice cliniciansEmployed, outpatient-focused practice in a newly renovated office settingJ1/H1b Visa SponsoredSchedule & CallMonday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMOutpatient practiceCall requirement includes 7 days of emergency department call per monthCall consists of 5 weekday evenings and 2 weekend daysWeekend call runs from Friday at 5:00 PM through Monday at 7:00 AMClinical ScopeBread-and-butter gynecology with a broad patient populationDiagnose and manage conditions including infections, menstrual disorders, hormone imbalances, and gynecologic cancersPerform routine exams including Pap smears, pelvic exams, and breast examsSurgical procedures involving the uterus, pelvic organs, and cervixRobotic surgery available with da Vinci system in the operating roomTechnologyEMR: MeditechCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary range of $330,000–$350,000 plus wRVU production modelSign-on bonus of $25,000Relocation reimbursement up to $10,000 with receiptsStudent loan assistance up to $30,000 over the length of the contract, if applicablePaid time off and CME totaling 34 days, including 6 legal holidaysAnnual CME, dues, and licensure allowance of $5,500Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 403(b), life, and disability insuranceMalpractice coverage provided Estimated pay range/amount is $330,000–$350,000.
