Job Description Job Title: Sterile Processing Technician Location: Johnson City 13790 Start Date: 03/16/2026 Contract Duration: 12 weeks Hours: 40 hours/week | 8 hours/day Days: Monday–Friday (5 days/week) Shift: Night Shift, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM Weekends: Rotating weekends required Education Required: High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred: N/A Experience & Certification Minimum 1 year of experience in Sterile Processing (SPD) Certification required (one of the following): HSPA – Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST), or CBSPD – Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT) Compensation Travel Pay: $1,460 weekly | $36.50 per hour Local Pay: $33.00 per hour Pride Health offers eligible employee’s comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
