Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Rochester, NY Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,078 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/17/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Rochester, New York, 14621! Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical/Telemetry – New York Start Date: March 17, 2026 Location: Rochester, New York Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 3x12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 13-week contract with every other weekend and holiday rotation Highlights: Work in a 26-bed specialty unit caring for patients post-PCI, pacemaker and AICD placement, post-MI, and cardiac pharmacologic interventions Join a Magnet-recognized, 528-bed acute care teaching facility affiliated with nationally recognized health systems Manageable nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5 EPIC charting system in use 13-week assignment with structured scheduling and time-off policies Opportunity to work in an Advanced Thrombectomy Capable Stroke Center with specialized cardiac and neuroscience services Requirements: Active New York Single State RN license (must be in hand prior to submission; NY is not a Compact state) Current ACLS and BLS certifications Minimum 1 year of Medical-Surgical/Telemetry nursing experience EPIC charting experience required Clinical competencies including IV therapy/phlebotomy, blood product administration, peripheral line care, cardiac monitoring and emergency response, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, rapid response/code team participation, oxygen administration and non-invasive airway management, isolation precautions, and wound care including wound vac management Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility Willingness to float within skillset as needed Availability for every other weekend and holiday as scheduled Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to advance your telemetry skills in a specialized cardiac unit within a highly regarded teaching hospital.
