Job Description Job Description Level 2 RN – Emergency Department Seneca Falls, NY 03/16/2026 – 06/13/2026 36 hours week- 3x12-hour shifts (days or nights) EOW, holiday rotations Radius Rule: 50 miles Requirements: Current NYS RN license Minimum 1 year acute hospital experience as an RN BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Stroke (AHA or RQI) certifications required Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care for all age groups Responsibilities: Assess patients, prioritize care using ESI triage standards, and provide direct interventions Conduct primary and secondary assessments, including observation, patient/family interviews, and data review Administer medications and perform invasive/non-invasive procedures as appropriate Educate patients and families on care and post-discharge instructions Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and support a Healing Environment Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately Maintain infection prevention standards and ensure patient safety Additional: ER setting with high acuity and patient turnover Must be flexible to float between units as needed
