Echocardiography Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Days – 5x8
Hours (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM; may start as early as 7:00 AM) Location:
Syracuse, NY Position Overview Seeking a skilled Echo Technologist
to provide comprehensive cardiac ultrasound services in both
hospital and clinic settings. The ideal candidate will be
experienced in advanced echocardiography techniques and comfortable
supporting procedures within a Heart and Vascular Center
environment. Required Qualifications Cardiac ultrasound experience
RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) through ARDMS OR
RCS (Registered Cardiac Sonographer) through CCI (or
registry-eligible) Current CPR/BLS certification Preferred:
Associate’s Degree in a related health field Key Responsibilities
Perform 2-D and 3-D echocardiograms Conduct Transesophageal
Echocardiography (TEE) studies Perform exercise and pharmacologic
stress echocardiograms Assist with echocardiography during
interventional procedures in the Heart & Vascular Center Provide
services across inpatient and outpatient settings Participate in
quality improvement initiatives Maintain high standards of patient
