Job Description Job Description Rehabilitation Director Shift: Full-Time Rate: $52 - $55/hr. (depending on experience) SIGN ON BONUS: $7,500.00 Responsibilities: Directing, organizing and evaluating rehabilitation programs services and personnel in his/her region, in a manner that supports the goals of our Sunset Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, while maintaining federal and state regulations the state specific practice acts for Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy Conducts the planning and budget formation for all equipment, supplies and staff related to the department to ensure compliance Qualifications: Current license as Physical Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, or Occupational Therapist in NY is required. Current CPR certification required. Three years’ experience in a long-term care/geriatric care therapy management preferred. Valid Drivers License Demonstrates effective time management skills.
