Mental Health as a Therapist in Rochester, NY, where you will make

professionals to provide therapeutic support in a collaborative and
innovative environment. Responsibilities: Conduct individual,
couples, family and/or group therapy sessions. Utilize
evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address mental health
challenges. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in
collaboration with clients and families. Maintain accurate and
timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure
comprehensive care. Provide crisis intervention and support as
needed. Engage in ongoing professional development and training
opportunities. Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients
to express their feelings. Monitor client progress and adjust
treatment strategies as necessary. Participate in community
outreach and engagement initiatives. Stay updated on industry
trends and best practices in mental health care. Requirements:
Master's degree in Social Work Valid state licensure (LCSW)
Experience working in a therapeutic setting. Strong understanding
of developmental psychology and mental health disorders. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work
collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate
demeanor with a passion for helping individuals. Commitment to
