Deliver specialized emergency care to pediatric patients at an
Acute Care/Academic Medical Center in Syracuse. This high-acuity
role requires expertise in pediatric emergency medicine within a

Triage and stabilize pediatric emergencies Manage high-acuity cases
in fast-paced trauma settings Coordinate with multidisciplinary

crisis support Maintain readiness for pediatric resuscitation

Professionals, Enriching Lives. Requirements Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (RN)
Licensure: Active NY State RN License; Current BLS & PALS and ACLS
preferred Experience: 2 years of recent high-acuity Pediatric ER
experience Experience in an Adult Emergency Department is a plus,
but not required Candidates with experience limited to combined
Adult/Pediatric Emergency Departments will not be considered Level
1/2 Trauma Center experience strongly preferred Technical Skills:
EMR proficiency (EPIC experience preferred) Soft Skills: Superior
clinical assessment, critical thinking, and rapid
decision-making
