Compensation and Incentives Total annual compensation ranges from $790,000 to $1,000,000 per year, and includes multiple performance-based incentive opportunities. Additional retention and quality bonuses are available. Relocation assistance is provided. Practice Overview The incoming physician will join a collegial team supported by experienced advanced practice providers, skilled nursing staff, and modern endoscopy facilities equipped with advanced technology. The practice benefits from a consistent referral base and efficient operational workflows designed to support high-quality patient care while minimizing administrative burden. Call responsibilities are light and well distributed. Clinical Responsibilities Responsibilities include providing comprehensive gastroenterology care across outpatient and inpatient settings, performing a full range of diagnostic and therapeutic GI procedures, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary care teams. The role emphasizes patient safety, evidence-based medicine, and continuity of care. Candidate Qualifications Qualified candidates will have an MD or DO from an accredited medical school, completion of an ACGME-accredited gastroenterology fellowship, and board certification or eligibility in gastroenterology. Candidates must be eligible for New York State medical licensure and demonstrate strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and teamwork.
