Position: RN-ER-Emergency Department (Travel/Contract) We're hiring
experienced RN-ER-Emergency Department for a 13-week contract in
Rochester, New York — earn up to ($2165 - $2279 per week) while
providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates
will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the

winners. Responsibilities Provide high-quality emergency care to
patients in the ER. Participate in ongoing professional development
and training programs. Collaborate with medical staff to ensure
effective treatment plans. Engage in performance evaluations to
identify areas for improvement. Achieve performance targets and
contribute to departmental goals. Monitor and document patient
progress and response to treatments. Utilize medical equipment and
technology effectively in emergency situations. Communicate
effectively with patients and their families about care plans.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the
department. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures for patient
care. Assist in training and mentoring new staff members. Maintain
a clean and organized work environment in the ER.
Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in New York with ER
experience preferred. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing
professional development and training. Strong communication skills
for patient and family interactions. Ability to collaborate
effectively with a multidisciplinary medical team. Proficiency in
utilizing medical equipment and technology in emergencies.
Experience in monitoring and documenting patient progress
accurately. Experience in performance evaluations and achieving
departmental goals. Willingness to participate in quality
improvement initiatives. Ability to maintain a clean and organized
work environment. Experience in mentoring or training new staff
