Job Description Carthage Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Carthage, NY. /n Now offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus! /n /n Openings: /n 3-11 & 11-7 Shift: Full-Time & Part-Time available. /n /n Carthage Center offers the following benefits: /n /n - Generous pay rates /n - Extra evening and night shift differentials /n - Flexible schedules for Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per-Diem /n - Two-Tiered Insurance Plan: Medical and Dental! /n - Tuition Reimbursement Program! /n /n DUTIES: /n /n - Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted. /n - Recording health details of Residents; including vitals & temperature. /n - Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed. /n - Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed. /n - May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). /n - Helps Residents get dressed & take care of personal hygiene. /n - Monitors Residents’ food and liquid intake and output. /n /n REQUIREMENTS: /n /n - Must be able to work as a team member. /n - Valid LPN State license. /n - Must be in good standing with State Registry. /n /n Carthage Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is a 90-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located on the outskirts of the historic village of Carthage.
