ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Rochester, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/24/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, rotating - Employment Type: Travel MS/Tele Registered Nurse Location New York Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Shift: 3x12 hour rotations (Day/Night); Every other weekend required. Job Description We are seeking a skilled MS/Tele Registered Nurse who holds an active New York State license. The ideal candidate will have experience in telemetry and medical-surgical nursing, particularly in caring for patients with cardiac issues. Responsibilities - Monitor and manage cardiac telemetry patients. - Provide care for patients post PCI, pacemakers, AICDs, and post-MI. - Interpret dysrhythmias and manage rapid response/codes. - Administer IV therapy and perform phlebotomy. - Utilize isolation precautions and wound care techniques. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure - Minimum of 1 year of medical-surgical/telemetry nursing experience. - Active New York State RN license is required. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. - Experience with the EPIC charting system is required. - Charge experience is required.
