Job Description Specialty Professional Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Auburn, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel MED SURG FLOAT POSITION. FLOATING IS REQUIRED. A facility in Auburn, NY is looking for a Med Surg/Tele Registered Nurse (RN). 2 years of experience required. New York State (NYS) license, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required. Must be able to interpret own tele strips. Travel experience preferred. Must be willing to float when needed. Every other weekend is required. NIHSS certification and 6 continuing education hours (CEUs) on Stroke related topic are required prior to start.
