be considered. A Registered Nurse with NICU expertise is sought for
a specialized contract opportunity in Fulton, NY, offering a unique
chance to support neonatal intensive care with dedicated, skilled
care. This 16-week contract involves working 12-hour night shifts,
including four weekends within a four-week period, ensuring dynamic
scheduling without blocked shifts. The role requires delivering
exceptional care to newborns in a highly specialized medical unit.
Qualifications & Desired Experience: - Valid and active RN license
with no restrictions - Minimum of 2 years experience in Neonatal
Intensive Care Unit (NICU) nursing - Certifications: BLS (Basic
Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), NRP
(Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - Proficiency with EPIC electronic
health records system - Ability to work 12-hour night shifts,
including weekends Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive
nursing care to neonates in a critical care environment - Monitor,
assess, and document infant health status and responses to
treatments - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop
and implement individualized care plans - Maintain sterile
techniques and adhere to safety protocols to prevent infections and
complications - Educate families regarding their infants care and
progress in a compassionate manner Schedule/Hours: - Nights,
12-hour shifts (7 PM - 7 AM) - Includes 4 weekend shifts per 4-week
