Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room Level IV for a travel nursing job in Rochester, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n SMH Level 4 RN OR - SMH : L4RN : OR RN /n/n Job Details: /n • Work 36 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday day shifts /n• On-call responsibilities for evenings, nights, and weekends /n• Provide care for patients of all ages using multidisciplinary approach /n• Function in both scrub and circulating roles in ophthalmology operating room /n• Must be able to scrub and circulate effectively /n• Experience required with cataracts, retina, glaucoma, cornea, and pediatric procedures /n• New York state RN license required (NY license ONLY) /n• Minimum 2 years operating room experience required /n• Level 1 trauma hospital experience highly preferred /n• BLS certification required (American Heart Association ONLY) /n• ACLS certification preferred /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare facility operates as a major academic medical center providing comprehensive surgical services including specialized ophthalmology procedures.
