Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Watertown, NY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,706 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: OR RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7a-3:30p Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum one year medical/surgical experience preferred License: Current NYS RN license or eligibility Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred Must-Have: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. Successful completion and passing grade on the final exam is mandatory and a condition of employment as an Operating Room RN. Experienced RN will possess a thorough knowledge of nursing principles. Ability to provide quality patient care and assess patient needs, including clinical, teaching, mental, and spiritual aspects. Recognize safety issues to self and others. Ability to assess and implement the use of lifts to move patients safely. Function well in stressful situations and possess good, creative problem-solving skills. Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate. May be required to assume duties as a charge nurse. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge in the use of clinical equipment instrumentation utilized in providing a safe and/or aseptic environment in an OR/ASU setting. Lethal dysrhythmia interpretation skills.
