Support mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort. Monitor and record vital signs and changes in condition. Provide companionship and emotional support. Help maintain a clean and safe environment. Report observations to nurses and follow care plans closely. Maintain accurate documentation in line with facility policies.
