Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Rochester, NY Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,078 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/17/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Rochester, New York, 14621! Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical/Telemetry RN – New York Start Date: February 17, 2026 Location: Rochester, New York Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 3x12 day shifts; every other weekend required; 1:5 to 1:7 patient ratio Highlights: 39-bed unit specializing in post-PCI care, pacemakers, AICDs, post-MI patients, and cardiac pharmacological interventions 528-bed tertiary care hospital with Epic charting system Comprehensive cardiac monitoring including dysrhythmia interpretation and management Strong interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and physical therapy 12-hour orientation with up to 5 billable hours for pre-start modules Two pre-approved time-off periods available Requirements: Active New York State RN license in hand prior to submittal (no exceptions) Minimum 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience Previous travel nursing experience required Prior charge nurse experience required Epic charting system experience (hard requirement) Experience with 1:6 patient ratios or higher Current BLS certification Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, IV therapy, phlebotomy, respiratory support, and isolation precautions Skills must include: starting and maintaining IVs, central line and PICC line management, blood product administration, wound care, feeding tube management, heparin protocols, and high-flow nasal cannula Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work in a well-resourced tertiary care environment with a focus on advanced cardiac care and complex medical patients.
