Job Description & Responsibilities: Join an established group of 5 ophthalmologists and 3 Current need is for a general ophthalmologist who can provide comprehensive eye care Current group has pediatric, retina and glaucoma specialists Support staff consists of ophthalmic technicians, LPN s,and RN s and are well trained On call is every 5th weekend, from Cooperstown, and rarely busy Outreach clinics are attended by all ophthalmologists but are limited to only one location each Referral patterns to tertiary care ophthalmologists are well established. Salary Range: $433,000 - $525,000 plus performance-based compensation. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare s good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards Bassett offers Physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap.
