An unparalleled and well-appointed community sport center. Job Description & Responsibilities Join an established group of 4 Ophthalmologists and 3 Optometrists. High quality clinical environment with state-of-the-art equipment Comprehensive Optometric Practice: Routine eye exams, diagnosis and management of ocular disease including glaucoma, cataract, cornea disease, diabetic retinal exams and monitoring age-related macular degeneration. Provide urgent care during clinic hours. Day Call 8:00 AM 4:30 PM some weekdays Referral patterns to tertiary care ophthalmologists are well established Salary Range: $150,000 - $184,483 plus performance-based compensation. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare s good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards Bassett offers Physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap. Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment.
