Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ED - Emergency Department - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/09/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - ED ER Job Details: • Work 12.5-hour shifts from 2:30 PM to 3:00 AM • Block scheduling available but not guaranteed • Charge capability highly preferred • Floating to other units required • Navy blue scrubs required • 2 years of emergency department experience required with some pediatric experience • Travel experience required • EPIC EMR experience required • Required certifications: AHA ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC (must be in hand) • Active NY nursing license required with NURSYS verification • Care for patients with common diagnoses including stroke, sepsis, trauma, MI, cardiac arrest, and respiratory failure • Work with specialty equipment including rapid infusor and Arctic Sun • Treat patients across all age groups from newborns to geriatric patients • Work in 64-bed emergency department with 2 triage areas, 40 acute care beds, 6 super track beds, 2 trauma bays, 10 CDU beds, and 6 psychiatric beds • Two recent ED charge/manager RN references required Facility: This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive 64-bed emergency department providing advanced emergency and trauma care services.
