St. Josephs Health, located in Syracuse, New York, is seeking to recruit Anesthesiologists (general and cardiac) to join our robust team of highly experienced providers. This position requires coverage in the hospital operating rooms, endoscopy unit, cardiac lab, and ambulatory surgery center. Opportunity Details: Full-time, 2100 hours annually Vascular, orthopedics, spine, general surgery, urology, obstetrics, gynecology, and cardiac cases Minimal pediatrics, mostly at ASC Call Standard: 1 weekend per month; 3 in house overnight calls every 2 months; 4 second calls every 2 months REQUIREMENTS - Applicants should have the following: NYS licensure and DEA required Board Certified or Eligible in Anesthesiology This is an exciting opportunity for the right Anesthesiologist to join a well-established team at St. Josephs Health. RECRUITMENT PACKAGE St. Josephs Health offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes: Compensation: $575,000.00 for call taking position $25,000.00 additional stipend for cardiac anesthesia $125,000.00 sign on bonus Retention stipend for the first 2 years Premium Pay and Excess Call Pay available Excellent benefits; including health/vision/dental insurances Paid malpractice, including post-employment tail coverage CME time & expense allowance 10 weeks paid time away from the practice Retirement savings program with employer matching program.
