working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in
Watertown, New York, 13601! Job Title: Emergency Department RN

weeks Shift: 11a-11p Hours per Shift: 36-hour guarantee Experience:
- Minimum one year of acute care nursing experience required. -
Critical care and charge experience preferred. - Travel experience
required. License: - Current RN license required. Certifications: -
BLS and ACLS required. - PALS required or obtained within six
months of hire/transfer. Must-Have: - MEDITECH experience required.
- Ability to identify and intervene in life-threatening situations.
- Thorough knowledge of nursing principles and ability to provide
quality patient care. - Ability to assess patient's needs,
including clinical, teaching, mental, and spiritual aspects. -
Recognize safety issues to self and others. - Ability to assess and
implement the use of lifts to move patients safely. - Function well
in stressful situations with good problem-solving skills. - Strong
leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate. -
May be required to assume duties as a charge nurse. - Excellent
interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication
skills. - Must successfully complete a lethal dysrhythmia exam
during probation and be defibrillation certified within six months
of employment. - Must be IV, medication, and phlebotomy certified.
