A healthcare facility in the Syracuse area is seeking an LPN Supervisor to join the team. This role involves overseeing resident care, supervising staff, and ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the facility. Responsibilities: Conduct rounds and oversee staff assignments to ensure proper workflow. Supervise medication administration and documentation, addressing any follow-up as needed. Respond to resident incidents, behavior concerns, and conflicts. Communicate promptly regarding medical, mental health, and environmental situations. Ensure all incident and admission documentation is completed accurately and timely. Maintain communication across shifts and departments for smooth facility operations. Requirements: Active LPN license in good standing with the state. Ability to work collaboratively with staff and management. Strong communication and organizational skills. Supervisory experience in long-term care or healthcare setting preferred.
