Job Description:
We are seeking a physician that has successfully completed a
pain management fellowship. The selected candidate will be joining
our successful team of two Board Certified PM&R physicians, one
of which is also Board Certified in Pain Management. On site is a
state of the art MRI, 64 slice CT, MCU, C-Arm and rehab department.
The department specializes in; low back pain, neck pain, chronic
arm or neck pain, thoracic pain, cervicogenic headache, cancer
pain, shingles pain, pelvic and chronic hip pain,
transforaminal/translaminar epidurals, selective nerve root, facet
blocks, peripheral nerve injections, trigger point injections,
sympathetic blockade, spine care, musculosketal medicine,
musculosketal ultrasound, ultrasound guided injections, stroke
rehabilitation, spinal cord injury rehabilitation, traumatic brain
injury rehabilitation, prosthetics, percutaneous needle tenotomy,
hyaluronate injections and headache management. We are a
physician-owned and physician-run multi-specialty group.
