Outpatient Psychiatry opening in New YorkLocated in Oswego, NYFull-Time & PermanentVisa EligibleSeeking a BE/BC Psychiatrist to join hospital in NY. Outpatient Position, Center for Mental Health & Wellness Join 2 physicians (including Medical Director of Mental Health and Wellness) would like to increase to 3 physicians (this will be a replacement position) The Schedule will be Monday-Friday, 7:00a - 7:00p in-person (group open to longer shifts for 4-days) Call will be 1:3 included in base salary and as written in contract (1:3 week day which is overnight Monday-Thursday, 1:3 weekend which starts at 5p Friday and ends at 7a on Monday). Call includes infrequent in-person restraints. There is a team inpatient rounding component 1:3 on Saturday/Sunday mornings also included in base salary and written in contract. Support Psychiatric consults for ED, ICU and Med/Surg unit as necessary; carry panel of patients in Outpatient setting completing medication management and psychiatric evaluations in collaboration with a therapist; approximately 14-20 patients/day depending on type of appointment and shift length (60-minutes designated for initial evaluation and 15-30 minutes for follow-up appointments); working with school based clinic staff EMR: Meditech Benefits: Highly competitive salary ($400k) Sign-on bonus ($100k), reimbursement for relocation (up to $10k with receipts) and student loans ($30k over length of contract) (if applicable) Competitive paid time off and CME time off (34 days including 6 legal holidays) Comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, 403B, life and disability Annual CME, dues and licensure reimbursement ($5,500) Malpractice paid for by Oswego Health Location:Located in New York States Central region, Oswego offers small city living with close proximity to many large metropolitan areas.
