Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience with 12 months within the past 3 years. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required after submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed. • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. • 12 months between Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (WA) CommonSpirit Health • 12 months between Per Diem at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (WA) CommonSpirit Health Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirements 3 weekend shifts per schedule Holiday Requirements Yes Floating Requirements: Units included in the float pool Critical Care Unit, Observation, Med Surg, General Surgery, Ortho Surgery, Short Stay Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, Neurosurgery, Oncology, Telemetry and Progressive Care. An interview may not be available prior to offer. Facility holidays: 11/27/2025, 12/25/2025, 01/01/2026. Number of holidays allowed off: 1.
