Job Description Bishop Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to work the Night Shift in our facility in Syracuse, NY. /n We are now offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus! /n DUTIES: /n /n - As a Registered Nurse (RN) supervisor, complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff /n - The responsibility of the Registered Nurse (RN) supervisor is to establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families /n - Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests /n - Maintain a safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulations /n - Maintain resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing /n - Maintain documentation of resident care services /n - Maintain a cooperative relationship among health care teams /n /n REQUIREMENTS: /n /n - Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license /n - Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience required /n - Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff /n - Should be familiar with EHR and Eperscribing programs /n - Excellent communication skills /n - Basic computer skills /n /n /n /n
