Job Description WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a local contract nurse RN Psychiatric for a local contract nursing job in Westfield, Pennsylvania. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Psychiatric - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Local Contract WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract assignment in the Psychiatric unit at a recovery center located in Westfield, PA. Job Function: /n /n - Night Shift. /n - 6pm - 6:30am. /n - Prepare and administer prescribed medications orally, subcutaneously, or through an IV, and document accordingly. /n /n - Report adverse reactions to medications or treatments, following policies and procedures for medication administration. /n /n - Record patients’ medical information and vital signs. /n /n - Monitor and adjust specialized medical equipment and interpret and document electronic displays. /n /n - Initiate corrective action as needed to ensure patient safety and care. /n /n /n /n Job Requirements: /n - 1 year of current Psychiatric or Behavioral Health RN experience is required. /n /n - Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania. /n /n - BLS certification required. /n /n - CPI certification preferred. /n /n - Familiarity with HCS charting system is a plus. /n /n /nDisclosure: The hourly rates and/or salaries listed may or may not reflect total compensation packages including bonus and fringe benefits, etc., nor are the advertisement(s) posted a guarantee of a certain compensation package for a position or bona fide offer of employment.
