HonorVet Technologies is seeking a LPN / LVN Correctional for a local contract job in Elmira, New York. Discipline: LPN / LVN ~ Shift: 8 hours, days, evenings, nights ~ Employment Type: Local Contract Elmira Correctional Facility and Reception Center is a maximum-security correctional facility and Reception Center located in the Southern Tier Region of New York State. Current census is approximately 1400 male incarcerated individuals. The incarcerated individual’s healthcare is provided by RN's employed by the Department of Corrections and Community Supervision (DOCCS) and is all encompassing, i.e., chronic care, emergency care and trauma care. A candidate with Med-Surg experience or Emergency Room experience would be given priority. Orientation will be provided by security and medical upon hire. All shifts are available with every other weekend included as part of the rotation.
