Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CTICU - Cardiothoracic Intensive Care - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 08/11/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Key Responsibilities: - Care for post-op fresh heart patients directly from the OR - Manage advanced critical care equipment, including: - CRRT (PRISMA/NxStage) - Impella - Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) - Ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, TTM (Artic Sun) - Administer complex drips: pressors, vasodilators, anti-arrhythmics, sedation, TPN, insulin - Treat common diagnoses: Cardiothoracic surgery, cardiogenic shock, AAA - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for high-acuity care Requirements: - Fresh open-heart experience – Required - Minimum 2 years ICU experience (CTICU, SICU, Trauma ICU, Neuro ICU, MS ICU) - Active New York RN license - Certifications Required: AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS EMR Experience: EPIC – Required About Talent4Health A leader and innovator, offering comprehensive talent solutions for the healthcare industry across the nation.
