Job Title: Radiologic Technologist Profession: Radiology Specialty: Computed Tomography Duration: Contract Shift: Saturday, Sunday, Monday Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of travel experience required License: New York State Department of Health Radiologic Technologist Licensure (to be obtained prior to start date) Certifications: ARRT certification in Radiography and Computed Tomography required Must-Have: IV (injection) certification required; AHA BLS certification required Description: Radiologic Technologist needed for a full-time position. Candidates must work Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Candidates must be IV certified. ARRT certification in both Radiography and Computed Tomography is required at the time of application. New York State Department of Health Radiologic Technologist Licensure is required prior to the start date. Candidates with an out-of-state Radiologic Technologist License must apply and receive the New York State license prior to the start date. Candidates must possess New York State licensure with injection capabilities. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA is required. Candidates are expected to work every other holiday. Eight hours of non-billable orientation is required. Flexibility to work agency shifts three times throughout the length of the contract is necessary. Local candidates within a 50-mile radius will not be accepted. Equipment utilized will include GE systems.
