Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: House Supervisor - Discipline: RN - Duration: 15 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Position Summary: Nurse Supervisor (RN Supervisor – Long-Term Care) Location: Watertown, NY Facility Size: 168 beds across 4 units Duration: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Night shift) Start Date: ASAP Distance Requirement: Must live 60 miles away (radius rule) ? Required Qualifications: - Active NYS RN License - BLS Certification - Experience using PointClickCare E-MAR - Supervisory experience in a LTC (Long-Term Care) facility - Capable of: - Head-to-toe assessments - ER transfers in coordination with providers - Admission processing and order reviews Note: “We are an equal opportunity employer.
