As a Full-Time Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our patients through the provision of high-quality occupational therapy services.Shift: Days Monday-Friday (40 hours)Responsibilities:Conduct patient assessments to determine their individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans.Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to address a variety of physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges in the adult hospital and acute rehabilitation unit (IRF) based patient.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.Provide education to patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies for achieving optimal functional outcomes.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, progress notes, and treatment plansResponsible to float between Samaritan Medical Center and Samaritan Keep HomeRequirements:BLSLicensed as OT in state of NY1 year of previous experience strongly preferred -Benefits:
  $10k Sign on Bonus (2 year work commitment) or multi-year loan forgiveness up to 4 years with 15k per year.
