Crouse Health offers a full range of general and specialty care, inpatient and outpatient services, as well as community health education and outreach programs.Crouses 29-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide treatment and stabilization services for patients experiencing a variety of medical conditions/incidents.Pay Range: $33.00 - $47.86/hour.$20,000 sign-on bonus for experienced RNs, $15,000 sign-on bonus for newly graduated RNs!Available Schedule(s): schedule is (2) 8 hour shifts, (2) 12 hour shifts, 7:00pm-7:30am, with rotating 11:00pm-7:30am M-F rotating weekends & holidaysRegistered Nurse (RN) Position Responsibilities:Provides professional judgment and knowledge of roles as it pertains to the Crouse Hospital Professional Nursing Practice Model.Carries out duties and responsibilities per legal requirements under the Registered Nurse Scope of Practice, with emphasis on leading a culture of safe care.Responsible for all activities requiring assessment, planning, diagnosing, evaluating, judgment, problem-solving, creating and implementing the plan of care.Provides appropriate education to patients and families to promote health, facilitate rehabilitation and maintain wellness.
