*Clinical Magnet*, a division of Icon Medical Network, is looking for *Correctional RN's* to join our partner's full-time team in *Syracuse, NY*. Day shifts available. Great pay and benefits!*This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity (not contract). **ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES** Collaborates with primary care providers and other health care providers to ensure continuity, timeliness and appropriateness of care to inmates* Promotes culture of safety for patients and employees through proper identification, reporting documentation, and prevention* Performs assessments of inmate patient in a variety of settings within the institution such as: initial intake area, health care unit for sick, emergency situations on housing units, chronic care clinics, and medical units*REQUIREMENTS:** Active, unencumbered RN licensure in state of practice* At least 1 year of RN experience* BLS certification* Previous correctional health care experience preferred but not required*COMPENSATION and SCHEDULE:** Pay starting around $45 an hour.
