will provide specialized wound prevention and treatment to
residents.
Assess, develop, and implement individualized wound care plans.
Monitor wound progress, perform dressing changes, and ensure

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and educate staff,

Maintain accurate documentation and support pressure ulcer
prevention programs.
