Description:PromptCare seeks a results-driven sales professional
with a passion for respiratory healthcare to join our Sales Team as
an Account Executive. In this role, the AE will be responsible for
driving sales of respiratory products and services to healthcare
providers and institutions. The ideal candidate will be experienced
with increasing referrals through promotion of core services to
demanding referral sources. Have the ability to meet or exceed
budgeted goal through focused business initiatives and mentoring
the team of Clinical Respiratory Liaisons and should be proficient
in all phases of hospital based respiratory sales or relatable
industry such as Home Health, Infusion etc. If you are passionate

SalesJob Type: Exempt, Full-TimeTerritory of coverage: East
Syracuse and surrounding areas within a two-hour
radiusRequirements:A respiratory therapist with a current RCP state
licensure is highly preferredProven experience in sales, preferably
in the healthcare or respiratory industryStrong communication and
interpersonal skills to build relationships with clientsAbility to
work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
environmentExcellent organizational and time management
skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM
softwareKnowledge of respiratory products and therapies is a
plusAble to work longer than normal hours with little or no notice,
as neededJob ResponsibilitiesSupports the Director of Sales with
the development and implementation of Clinical Programs with best
practices in assigned marketEvaluates referral sources satisfaction
and develops branch opportunities to improve customer
satisfactionInitiates and develops good working relationships with
referral sources and physicians to drive increased
referralsAssesses accounts for new business opportunities and
promotes new company servicesAssesses opportunities and utilizes
internal and external resources to solidify relationships that will
increase profitable net revenues to meet budget objectivesSecures
renewal orders with existing customersFollow up with accounts on a
regular basis to check for client satisfaction, changing needs,
territory strategies, progress in attaining sales goals, product
mix, payor mix and market penetration, etcInitiates and coordinates
in-services with clients and appropriate managersIdentifies and
establishes a strong relationship with the decision makers
responsible for the control of referralsDevelops and implements
marketing plan for territory, consistent with company and corporate
goals and regulatory and accrediting bodiesAssists in developing
new programs consistent with plan, client need and community
desirePrepares materials for sales calls, presentations, and
promotions, including seasonal promotionsMeets monthly quota
objectivesPerform other duties as assignedPhysical DemandsThe

of this role. While performing job duties, the employee is
frequently required to communicate verbally and listen attentively.
The role necessitates the ability to lift files, open filing
cabinets, and bend or stand as needed. Additionally, the position
occasionally requires lifting office products and supplies weighing
