Clinical Business Leader is responsible for overseeing the performance and development of a clinical team, including registered nurses, LPNs, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, physical therapist assistants, and certified occupational therapist assistants.

• Oversight of patient care plans and team coordination to ensure efficient use of resources and streamlined processes.

  Requirements:
  
  
  
  • 
    
  • AAS in nursing with at least 2 years of Community Health Nursing experience; BSN preferred.
    
  • Valid NYS license in Nursing, Social Work, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy.
    
  • Valid NYS Driver's license.
    
    
    
    Physical Requirements:
    M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.

    Pay Range: $63,000.00 - $105,000.00
