Job Description:

Nurse Practitioner needed in New York for Family Practice coverage. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and New York state license/be willing to obtain state licensure. Shifts will be Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. Preference to local candidate. Will see 20-25 patients per day, depending on the day and patient population is 5 years old and up. Must be comfortable with immunizations, sports physicals, sick visits, triage, and family practice duties. Support staff includes: office manager and medical assistant.
