HOW WE CARE FOR YOU: As an RN Supervisor for Long Term Care, you will lead and evaluate patient care, and supervise staff to ensure a safe and comfortable environment. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining exceptional care standards at Clifton Springs Nursing Home. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Unit Management. Provide onsite management, oversee patient care, maintain documentation, and ensure a safe environment.
• Leadership. Mentor and coach staff, facilitate patient flow, and provide guidance on resource availability.
• Patient Care. Address patient and family concerns, support informed decision making, and respect personal values and beliefs. ATTRIBUTES
  • Minimum of two (2) years of Registered Nurse (RN) experience
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills EDUCATION: BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (AHA), RN - Registered Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED) PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: M - Medium Work PAY RANGE: $36.50 - $50.75 per hour The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay.
