Job Summary The Registered Nurse will provide direct and indirect patient care in the office setting, ensuring high quality patient-centered care and effective communication with the care team and patients. Responsibilities include gathering clinical data, coordinating individualized care plans, conducting outreach and education, and performing in-office procedures and examinations. Core Job Responsibilities

• Gather and document relevant clinical data
• Participate in daily huddles to identify patient needs
• Act as a clinical liaison between patient and provider
• Communicate effectively with the care team
• Support PCP during in office procedures and examinations
• Provide outreach and education to patients Education/Experience Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or nursing program
  • Current Registered Nursing registration
  • BLS Certification
  • Minimum one year of nursing experience
  • Basic computer and EMR knowledge Licensure/Certification Requirements
    • BSN from accredited nursing program
    • Experience in a specialty medical office
    • Certifications applicable to the assigned office's specialty
