Job Description:

Private single specialty group is actively recruiting two anesthesiology physicians.

• $445,000 (includes weekend/Holiday pay)
• 401k Profit Sharing Plan: Up to $35,000 of Employer Contribution based on JAS 401k Pension Plan/Employee Guidelines. Eligible after one year of employment
• $3000 for the first year CME
• Malpractice, Group Life and Health/Dental
• Group disability insurance
• 50k - Sign on bonus
• $10k student loan repayment for three years after one year of employment
• 7 weeks PTO on year 1(6 weeks vacation/1 week CME), up to 10 weeks at partnership
• Call/OT Pay
• Extra pay at hourly rate if working late
• Mon - Fri Call (3:30pm - 7am the following day)
• Extra 8 hour pay when asked to come in early on call day
• Voluntary Post-Call (rare): $400 flat fee, hourly rate for hours worked
• Voluntary Call-In Pay: $400, then hourly rate after 2 hours
• Voluntary Back-Up Call: $300 per weekend day plus call-in pay if called in
